Because we are so confident that you will love your faux fur product, we are offering the best twenty-one (21) day guarantee available.  If you want to return or exchange your faux fur for any reason (within twenty-one (21) days of purchase), simply do the following:

1. Prior authorization is required for all returns. 
2. E-mail us (via the Contact Us page) your request for return, explaining your reason for the return in detail.
3. Package your product in the same box, and in the same manner in which it was mailed to you along with the original packing slip. 
4. You are responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances.
5. For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g. UPS) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the package is damaged or lost in transit.
6. Once your package is received and accepted, we will reimburse your account or send you a check for the full purchase price minus shipping charges.  (Shipping charges are not refundable.)  Also, if you would, please be specific on the reason for the return so that we can use the information to improve our products and/or customer service. Returns or exchanges beyond 21 days of purchase will not be accepted.
